TMSREAL is a cloud-based Transportation Management System that unifies dispatching, driver management, customer operations, invoicing, and reporting into one secure platform for trucking companies, freight brokers, and logistics providers.

3. Accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

You retain all rights to the operational, dispatch, driver, customer, and financial data you or your organization submit to the platform ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data you submit.

6. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees as described in an applicable order form, subscription plan, or agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by law. We may modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding Customer Data), are owned by TMSREAL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
